These requirements were set forth in order to keep you healthy and ensure that the baby will grow in a hospitable environment. Many of these requirements have to do with internal health, though there are some that have to do with external factors. These requirements have been honed with years of experience in finding women who enjoy being Surrogates and building hundreds of families.

Become A Surrogate
This type of surrogacy is Gestational Surrogacy, meaning the Surrogate carries an embryo that has no biological relationship to her. The egg and sperm are from other people and then they are implanted using In-Vitro.
Basic Requirements
The first step is for you to meet the minimum requirements:
- You must be between 21 and 39 years oldÂ
- You must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- You must be a non-smoker, and drug and alcohol free (you will be tested)
- You must have given birth and are raising or raised a child
- You must have access to reliable transportation
- You must not be receiving any form of Government assistance.
- You must have had complication-free pregnancies and deliveries
- You must be height/weight appropriate with a Body Mass Index (BMI) no higher than 30Â See BMI table and find your score:

These requirements have been put in place to keep you and the baby healthy. Your mental, physical, and emotional health are at the center of our focus.
