City Terrace, CA is an unincorporated part of Los Angeles County located in San Rafael Hills and East Los Angeles. North of Downtown Los Angeles, it is a family community with many schooling options, parks, and activities. It is well known for its steep, winding streets that have some of the most beautiful architecture in the area. Still, it isn’t particularly known as a walkable community. Many people live in City Terrace because it is absolutely filled with art and culture. It has many different studios and murals that you can see just by walking around. Many people will travel to the City Terrace area just to see the murals and take photos in front of them.
