All About Citrus, CA

Citrus, California is a census-designated place in Los Angeles County. It is fairly centrally located and has a growing population due to the amenities offered. Most of the people who live in Citrus are families living together. This is because of the fantastic school system and the location nearby many colleges, shopping centers, and business centers.  Citrus is mostly homes and a few small businesses. Many people who live here tend to work somewhere else, which means there is quite a bit of traffic at times. However, it is quiet for the most part. The population does tend to skew younger than the surrounding areas (around 31 years to the state average of 36 years). Home prices have been steadily increasing as the area becomes more and more desirable. People have been knocking down some of the traditional homes in order to build newer, bigger homes.
