Parham founded EDSI in 2001. He has always enjoyed helping his clients and affecting their lives in a positive way. 15 years and 800+ babies later, he has become an expert resource and advocate for Surrogacy, Egg Donation, and Third Party Reproduction. He is also involved in philanthropy, a father of three boys, and a doting husband.
Julie is a two-time Gestational Surrogate and has 15 years of patient management experience in the medical field. She is invaluable in expertly guiding our coordinators in assisting our Surrogates through their journeys and making sure that all cases are running smoothly. Because of her, we have been able to design a unique program that caters to a compassionate and pleasant Surrogate experience. She is a proud mother of three boys and known for her big heart and infectious sense of humor.
Kelli has been in the fertility industry for the past 15 years. Having worked and built programs for several fertility clinics and agencies, she is very knowledgeable in the processes and best practices in assisted reproduction, and egg donor and surrogacy recruitment. She is known for her caring, sassy, and lively personality.
Yao was an economics student at UCLA when she started as a part-time Chinese Coordinator for EDSI. After graduation, she joined full-time and has since become integral in providing hands-on case management for our international Intended Parents. In her spare time, she likes to trade stocks and read about investing.
Lyra’s background is in brand and advertising management. Looking for a more meaningful and service-oriented career, she joined EDSI in 2015. Alongside her professional duties, she is taking her master’s degree in Counseling with a specialization in Depth Psychology.
